1. The Dual-Environment Model
Codexx Academy operates under a strict separation of environments. Our Private Environment (Traver Platform & Dashboard) is where internal coordination and execution occur. Our Public Environment (Portfolio Pages) is where verified trust is built. This policy governs how data flows between these layers.
2. Private Operational Data
Data within the Traver Platform and Member Dashboards—including client names, internal project details, and communication logs—is strictly private. It is isolated from public access and is not indexed by search engines. This data belongs to the professional builder and is used only for execution.
3. Public Verification Data
Information designated for Public Portfolios (Name, Proof of Work, and History) is intended for visibility and discovery. By presenting a verified portfolio, members authorize the public display of their execution history to build trust with visitors.
4. Analytics & Tracking
We provide anonymized visitor analytics to portfolio owners. We track IP addresses, referrers, and user agents solely to prevent fraud and provide engagement insights. We do not track users across the web or sell browsing history.
5. Zero-Sale Commitment
Codexx Academy does not sell exposure, data, or fake traffic. Data is used exclusively to maintain the integrity of our verification system and the functionality of our private infrastructure.
